Job Description For Programmer Analyst :


The Business Process Management Systems team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programmer Analyst to gather customer requirements, use scripting languages and graphical development tools to create and deploy business process definitions that automate internal operation, and support production environments. We are looking for an ingenious, practical, and creative team member with leadership capabilities who can match our efforts to MNC needs while helping MNC make the best use of what we build.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ Years experience in software development, testing, delivery, and maintenance.
Experience with scripting languages, object oriented software design and implementation, and building application systems.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows development environments and common tools.
Experience using web and enterprise technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and Python
Skilled with data structures, Web Service technology and SQL.
Passion for developing products that provide a great customer experience – both client/UI and server.
An interest in and an aptitude for business process automation and workflow technology in an enterprise environment.
Practical experience and success with both agile and traditional software development from software creation through test and delivery.

Experience with BPM Software tools and experience with Appian BPM is preferred.
Excellent and convincing communication skills.
